This site is operated by Wow Cards, a division of PR Design (Goodman Family Trust), ABN 48 761 437 538. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What We Collect
- Your name, business name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Order details, artwork files and any data you send us to print on your Plastic Cards or Plastic Keytags (for example names, numbers or barcodes).
- Payment confirmation details. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic website usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through cookies and analytics.
How We Use It
- To quote, proof, print, deliver and support your order.
- To send order updates, proofs, invoices and reorder reminders.
- To improve our website and service.
- To send occasional news and offers, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is needed to complete your order: our trusted service providers, our payment processor (Stripe) and our accounting and IT providers. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We never sell your information.
Your Variable Data
Data you supply for printing (member names, card numbers, barcodes) is used only to produce your order and is deleted or archived securely once the job is complete, unless you ask us to keep it for reorders.
Keeping It Safe
We store information on secure systems and limit access to the people who need it to look after your order.
Access and Corrections
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time.
